Purchases on NamesLink require account balance. You can fund your balance through prepayment or use seller earnings if you're a verified seller.

  1. Funding Methods

  • Alipay: Available for users with Chinese mainland alipay accounts:

    • Automatic currency conversion applies.

    • Service fees (displayed at checkout) are borne by the user.

  • Bank Cards:

    • Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc

    • Service fees (displayed at checkout) apply and are user-responsible.

  1. Spending Seller Earnings (coming soon)

If you've successfully sold domains on NamesLink, your Seller Wallet will reflect earnings.

  • Enable "Use Seller Earnings":

Purchases deduct from your Seller Wallet first.

If insufficient, the system uses your prepaid balance.

  • Disable "Use Seller Earnings":

All purchases deduct only from your prepaid balance.

  1. Balance Refunds

Unused prepaid balance is refundable, please contact customer support.

Potential fees:

  • Refund processing fees (confirmed by support before execution).

  • Final amount = Actual received value after deductions.
